Monica’s long-standing career in the wellness and hospitality industry has included hands-on experience in spa management. She has opened and managed spas in some of the world's most prestigious resorts, taking responsibility for operations, quality control, personnel, budget and training.

She brings to her role as Managing Director of Raison d'Etre extensive knowledge, a strong focus on results, a passion for the business and humane values which inform every aspect of her working life.
