Designed for spa managers or assistant spa managers already working in the industry, it covers key areas of organisation, staffing and spa culture, as well as finance and business planning.

Running in two modules of four days each, with a break of three months between the two sessions, this invaluable course makes available to all spa managers the art of spa management that has made Raison d'Etre so successful in the operation as well as the design of spas around the world.
